For my nose surgery, the first time I simply had only silicone inserted, so it was not noticeable at all, and the second time it came out pretty, natural, elegant, and the best ever, but I broke that nose, and then several years later I had surgery together with a friend. That nose is my current nose, but it did not come out nicely. The bridge of my nose also gets red if I don’t wear makeup. It looks as if I drank alcohol, so I am torn between living like this or doing it one last time. If I do it, this will be my 4th time, and I think the 3rd surgery was about 15 years ago.
