I had a consultation today for revision rhinoplasty, but since my nose is naturally very small and low, they said that even if I have revision surgery with costal cartilage, it won’t become much higher than it is now I want a large, dramatic nose, but they said it’s not possible, so I’m really debating whether revision surgery is the right choice. My current nose is low and small, so I don’t like it
