I had a consultation today for revision rhinoplasty, but since my nose is naturally very small and low, they said that even if I have revision surgery with costal cartilage, it won’t become much higher than it is nowㅠㅜㅜ I want a large, dramatic nose, but they said it’s not possible, so I’m really debating whether revision surgery is the right choice. My current nose is low and small, so I don’t like it ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
