Hello. I have never had rhinoplasty before, but I have a large septal perforation of about 15 cm. Fortunately, I don’t have side effects like blockage or a whistling sound, but the perforation keeps getting bigger, so I think I’ll eventually develop a saddle nose. So I think I’ll need reconstruction surgery using costal cartilage, and while I’m at it, I’m also thinking I’d like to have cosmetic surgery at the same time. Does anyone know a clinic that can do both septal perforation and cosmetic surgery, or is there anyone who has had a similar experience to mine?ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
