What I mean by not being able to keep it in your nose and age with it for life is that, over decades of aging until becoming a grandmother, even if the skin gets thinner, you can't keep living with silicone without side effects, shape changes, or show-through. But what about cartilage? If you have surgery at age 20 to put only cartilage in the nasal tip, can you live until becoming a grandmother without discomfort, without the shape changing, without show-through, and without revision surgery? Can autologous dermis, donor dermis, AlloDerm, and things like that age without side effects or shape changes?
