I’m 3 months post-op, and I used 3 mm silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage. I really, really wanted a very dramatic nose that would obviously look done to anyone who saw it ㅠ It only looks a bit higher in photos; in real life, people don’t really notice,,,, When I meet friends after a long time and say I had nose surgery, they say it doesn’t show and that they don’t know what’s different from before. They say a natural look is better and tell me not to get revision surgery, but I’m dissatisfied lol ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Would it be better not to do it,,, I’m worried that if I do it for no reason, it might end up looking weird from here ㅜ
