13 years ago, when I was 20, I had surgery in a local area with Gore-Tex while also treating a deviated septum. It was an ENT clinic, and the doctor made my nose worse than my natural nose, so I struggled for a really long time. I finally had revision surgery, removed the splint, and am posting a review. I put taping on for a little longer after removing the splint because they said swelling goes down faster that way. I was extremely worried, but I’m happy because I think it was successful. I removed Gore-Tex from the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip was done with ear cartilage. For reference, the Gore-Tex was only about 1 mm, but after removing it, I feel so relieved, and I like the shape too. It’s still only day 5, so I need to manage it more going forward…
