Not right away, but a few years after surgery I want to have everything removed. Could you tell me what side effects can happen after removing a septal extension? I’m looking for information, but there aren’t many posts about side effects. Ah, I also had hump osteotomy. If I remove it, could that cause a major problem? I didn’t use silicone or any other materials. The reason I want removal is that I do feel like my nose has become long like Pinocchio, and having the nasal tip fixed is also inconvenient in daily life.
