It’s done with a closed approach, and since my nasal bridge has a slight hump line, they shave it down and inject dermis, then for the nasal tip they crush Kozelko autologous cartilage and inject it in. What do you think? Since it’s implant-free, it seems like it might be okay, but I also wonder if it would be better to use septal cartilage instead. Would a septal cartilage nasal tip with ear cartilage be safer? Kozelko looks pretty right away, but I feel like the prognosis is unknown, so I’m torn
