It had been over 5 months, so I went for consultations. The reasons I want to remove the nose implant are: functionally, when I blow my nose hard, the silicone lifts up, and when I press it down with my hand, it makes an air-bubble sound. The air-bubble sound has happened many times even when I wasn’t blowing my nose. It feels like my breathing gets caught at the nasal valve and then comes out. I can feel my columellar strut too much. My rhinitis got worse. In terms of shape, only the nasal tip was too high compared with the bridge, and the step-off was severe. As the nose got higher, it became upturned, so my nostrils show, and the width of my nose became too narrow in a way that doesn’t suit me.
