I successfully had a 20-year-old nasal implant removed. The implant was silicone. It wasn’t a contracted nose, but there was show-through, and my original nose shape didn’t change. It’s been about a month, and I’m satisfied, so if anyone is hesitating, I wanted to let you know that it was okay even after about 20 years~
