I had surgery 6 months ago with silicone and septal cartilage, but suddenly the glabella became swollen, so I’m looking into removal because inflammation is suspectedㅜㅜㅜㅜ At ㅍㄹㅁ, they said they would remove only the silicone, leave the septal cartilage, and do cartilage repositioning. At ㅅㅇ, they recommended complete removal, saying that if the septal cartilage is left in place, a step-off deformity will form... Some people say that if even the cartilage is removed, the nose will collapse or become a saddle nose, but when I look at videos posted by a doctor on YouTube, they say doctors are just trying to scare people by saying the nose will collapse, and that it almost never happens... What on earth is right? This time, I really want to end it...
