It’s day 18 after complete nose implant removal. I had the capsule completely removed too. I had silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and 1 year after my first surgery I didn’t like the shape, so I had everything taken out. Right now it’s swollen, so it feels totally like that photo, like a squashed nose. During the first surgery they also shaved down the slight hump I had, so it feels like I have even less nasal bridge now. It’s been 18 days now, and the nasal dorsum feels all bumpy and uneven like that. Could it be because of swelling? And until when does it hurt when pressed?
