My natural nose was a large, bulbous nose with no nasal tip definition at all, like a Harubang statue nose. 10 years ago, I had surgery using ear cartilage, just lightly tying it to the extent of creating a real boundary between the nasal tip and the nostrils, but as time passed I was still bothered by the bluntness, and from the side, the part that had been tied looked slightly raised. I’m on day 13 after nasal tip revision surgery and alar reduction. But what’s strange is that they said there was a lot of fat in the nasal tip, so they would remove the fat and reduce the nasal tip during surgery, but when I came out after surgery, the nasal tip had been lengthened.
