I want to do it without an implant as much as possible I’m thinking of using autologous dermis only for the nasal bridge Would that be okay? I’m curious if it gets absorbed and becomes bumpy I don’t want implants anymore Eventually they can cause inflammation But I’m worried because autologous dermis also has a high adhesion/absorption rate
