It’s been about 6 years since surgery, but I developed rhinitis, so it’s hard to breathe through one nostril. When I look in the mirror so I can see my nostrils, the septal cartilage looks like it’s slightly tilted to the side. I’m thinking about revision surgery, but do I have to treat the rhinitis and the deviated nose together, or is there another method?
