Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

What does it mean when the space where the implant sits opens up after nose surgery...

As shown if you go to my previous post, after revision rhinoplasty, the silicone moved up toward the glabella, creating a space between the nasal cartilage and the silicone, so I went in for a re-correction to lower the silicone back to its original surgical position.

They did not put on a separate splint; I had a tape splint on. Around day 4, they removed the full tape and left tape fixed only on the glabella (to prevent it from trying to move up further). The stitches inside my nose have not been removed yet. They will be removed on Saturday! But after removing the tape splint and as the swelling went down a little, the shape of my nose became bumpy like in the photo..? I wondered if it was swelling, but even as time passed it stayed exactly like that, so I asked the hospital today. They said it is because a space formed between the implants, and they will check it when I come in on Saturday. What does this mean? Has anyone here seen this kind of situation? After revision surgery, instead of recovering comfortably for a whole month, this kind of problem came up, so I am so depressed. The revision surgery was not even because of a silicone problem; I had it because it was crooked ㅠㅠ.. This is also my first time experiencing something like this. + I am adding the conversation I had with the hospital too!!
