If I remove the septal extension, will I be able to move my nose freely right after removal? My nose feels fixed in place and has a foreign body sensation, so it always feels like I’m being tortured Breathing is uncomfortable too. It has been a month and a half since the surgery now, and I’m wondering whether these symptoms are something I will adapt to or whether the sensation will go away.
