I have a severe hump nose, and even though people around me told me every day to get my nose done, I held out. But recently I kind of want to make a change, and it has started to feel like a major complex, so I’m looking into nose surgery. Everyone who had successful hump nose surgery, please recommend clinics. My nose was injured when I was young, so my nasal septum is severely deviated, and the clinic I went to for a consultation recommended autologous costal cartilage, but I’m worried because it’s my first surgery and I wonder if it’s okay to use rib cartilage. Anyway, those of you whose noses turned out pretty, please share information

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
