People who have had nasal contracture will know, but doesn't it feel like the nostrils get bigger? Separate from the upturned look, the nostril size itself also gets bigger. Why does this happen? And even after surgery for contracture, there still seems to be a bit of that characteristic upturned feeling from contracture. Is there no way to fix it?
