I'm 3 weeks post-op.. If it were swelling, my nose should actually look more upturned, but my columella and philtrum have sunken in even more. I used autologous costal cartilage. People who used autologous costal cartilage all seemed to get a nicely projected, dramatic columella, but mine is worse than when I used septal cartilage before. I'm so stressed. It wasn't cheap either, and I went to 7 places for consultations before choosing this place because their line looked the prettiest, but I'm so annoyed. The first photo is after, and the second photo is before the revision surgery.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
