My friend had nose surgery with silicone inserted 3 years ago, and there hadn’t been any problems since the surgery, but recently the nasal tip started turning red. The nose shape hasn’t changed and there’s no pain, but she seems unsure whether it’s just a skin breakout or whether inflammation is developing. Do inflammation or contracture usually become severe enough that you can feel it yourself?
