I had my silicone, septal extension, nasal tip, and ear cartilage all removed, and it’s been over 6 months now. My nose shape has changed little by little up to now. The hospital said it would be mostly similar after a month or two, but in my opinion, after going through the contraction phase and the swelling going down, the shape changed quite a lot. I’m curious whether it will change more from here. I want to have alar reduction, but since the nose shape might still change, I’m wondering if I should wait at least 1 year before doing it. For those who had removal, until when did it take for you to feel it was the final shape?
