Last year, I had functional rhinoplasty at an ENT clinic, and they used septal cartilage to lift the nasal tip, but one side of my nose often gets blocked and too much foreign material builds up I don’t like it aesthetically either, and it’s hard to breathe, so I want to remove everything completely, but I want to do it with a closed approach as much as possible. I went to GYS, but they said closed surgery wasn’t possible, and the cost was too expensive. I had a consultation with Director BJH at DTM, and since he recommended the closed approach first, I went ahead and booked surgery, but after looking in this community, it seems like his reviews aren’t good For now I canceled and am looking into CM SSY or PRM…
