Is septal cartilage removal surgery a difficult surgery? I need to have it removed, but it hasn’t been long yet so I can’t. I have to do it after 6 months, but they won’t give me a removal consultation yet. Is removal surgery something plastic surgery clinics can commonly do, or is it a tricky and difficult surgery?
