I raised it a lot because I was considering that the nasal tip would drop over time. I don't remember exactly, but I raised it either 5 mm or 6 mm. But my costal cartilage is so strong that it hasn't dropped at all. It's been exactly 2 years. My nose feels too tight, so I'm thinking about lowering it by about 2 mm. Has anyone here had a similar experience? Please let me know your review In cases like this, do people usually pay the full price for surgery Is revision surgery more expensive?
