I had revision rhinoplasty without implants, but since I have a deviated nose, it wasn’t properly corrected, so after waiting 6 months I’m just planning to have removal surgery. Has anyone here had nasal tip removal at this place while leaving only the support strut?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
