I’m planning to have it removed because the silicone feels tender and tight. For the nasal tip and support strut, I used septal cartilage. I like my nose shape, so I want to remove only the silicone and leave just the septal cartilage support strut as minimally as possible. But I heard that when removing silicone, they usually also do cartilage repositioning. Is it possible to have surgery with silicone removal, nasal tip cartilage repositioning, keeping the shape the same, and leaving only the minimum support strut?
