It has been 1 year since my first nose surgery, but the silicone is too high and does not suit me, so I am planning revision surgery to lower the starting point of the nasal bridge from 4 mm to 2-3 mm. I understand that septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage were used for my first surgery, and I am planning to have the revision at the same hospital. If I lower it, I definitely do not plan to use donated costal cartilage When doing a lowering surgery, can autologous materials like septal cartilage and ear cartilage possibly be reused?
