My nasal bridge is too high, so I’m thinking of removing it. It’s been 15 years. If I remove only the silicone, is it true that it will become bumpy and look really bad? I got a consultation, and they said it would become uneven, so I’d need surgery again and they’d have to fill the uneven areas with ear cartilage. Does that happen to everyone when they take it out?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
