My nose wasn’t low to begin with, so from the consultation stage I asked them to make it as natural as possible. They inserted 3 mm silicone and used autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, but during the surgery they said it seemed low, so they put in 4 mm. After surgery, when I asked because it seemed too high, they said it was because of swelling, so I waited. Now 6 months have passed, and my nasal tip is so high that it looks unnatural. In my current situation, what should I do to handle this? Please help me.
