I want to talk in the comments with people who had a hump nose and developed an inverted-V deformityㅠㅠ There’s a dark shadow on my nasal dorsum in an inverted V shape, and it’s stressing me out so much. It feels like my nose is pressed down, and I guess I should say it has lost its three-dimensional contour. I heard there are revision surgery methods such as spreader grafting, but especially people who have had spreader grafts seem to want them removed, and there also seem to be other side effects. Are there people who developed an inverted-V deformity like me, had revision surgery, and succeeded?
