After removing silicone, with no implant at all

Instead of total removal, would it be difficult to remove only the existing silicone and then do revision rhinoplasty without an implant at all? I’ve seen people here who build the nasal bridge with dermis, costal cartilage, or ear cartilage, and now I’m questioning whether it’s okay to keep using silicone. I heard there’s a downside that it can be absorbed, so if I remove the existing silicone and it gets lower, I’m worried the nose balance might completely collapse. For now, I’ve looked into a few clinics as places for revision surgery, but I’m planning to keep looking and revise the list. Has anyone removed it and had revision surgery without an implant?
