A contracted nose is starting, and my nose is crooked. I do not feel any symptoms of inflammation, and for my first surgery, only silicone was used. I am continuing to go around for consultations for revision surgery, and most places said septal cartilage, ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, or autologous costal cartilage. But at the place I visited today, they said that because the contracture is not severe, if I want a natural look, they can replace the silicone and use only septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. If that really works, it would be great, but would it be okay? I really do not want to have surgery anymore
