After getting nose surgery, my rhinitis improved a lot too, and just correcting one asymmetry seems to have had such a big cosmetic effect that my overall impression looks better. But no matter how natural it looks, I think it can’t be helped that it still shows, and in daily life I end up being extremely careful with my nose, I get a lot of boogers, and I think the slight discomfort is also pretty significant.
