In my first surgery, I corrected a deviated nose and had autologous costal cartilage inserted, but my nose seriously got so big it feels like it takes up half my face, and all you can see is my nose So at the place where I booked revision surgery, we decided on tying the nasal cartilage, trimming the autologous costal cartilage because it is high and straight, and doing osteotomy 1. My nasal bridge bone is not on the thick side, but do I still need osteotomy..? The doctor said since I want it slim, we should do it 2. My nose is so big that it stresses me out, so I'm thinking of removing the autologous costal cartilage, but would there be any difference in the big nose just by trimming it? Even if I ask them to remove it completely and put in ear cartilage instead, I want to naturally raise only the nasal tip, tie the cartilage, and reduce the nostrils to correct the bulbous nose.. Would removing the autologous costal cartilage completely get rid of the big-nose vibe? Or would it be better to trim it as the doctor said.. Honestly, I'm worried trimming won't make much difference in reducing the nose size..
수소수소 Still, wouldn't it be better to listen to what the doctor says? Since they're the expert...

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
