I had rhinoplasty 7 years ago with a silicone implant on the nasal dorsum and tip septal cartilage, but now the tip cartilage protrusion and tip deviation are severe. The tip cartilage is becoming increasingly more prominent, making the tip look rounder, more protruding, and pointed. Could you recommend a hospital that is good at removing it?
