Sometime next year, I’m planning to have revision surgery without an implant, remove the silicone, and remove the donated costal cartilage used for septal extension. The reasons are that, cosmetically, the area between my eyebrows and nose looks high so it makes me look masculine, and I feel like the airway on the right side has become slightly narrowerㅜㅜ If anyone here knows any reviews, please share anything

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
