I had no implant, but used septal extension and ear cartilage to raise only the nasal tip. Now my nostrils show and breathing is uncomfortable, so I’m hoping for full removal. But when I look at reviews or comments, especially about the septum, there seem to be many claims that if it’s removed, the nose will turn up or collapse. It feels like the “I heard that happens” kind of talk creates more anxiety than actual personal experiences. I’m trying to have surgery because I want to go back to my natural nose, and I don’t think leaving something in again just to prepare for a situation that might possibly happen, but might not happen at all, is a good idea.
