My original nose was a bulbous nose, and for my first surgery, I had autologous costal cartilage + nostril/alar base reduction + cat surgery? (I don't even remember;;) There was no pain, but I was very dissatisfied with the shape, and contracture developed, so I had revision surgery after 6 months. My nose was short and the columella was also retracted, so it just became a bigger, harder bulbous nose than before surgery.
