It was my first surgery 11 years ago, so the memory is a bit blurry. They are not bad at noses, but the bulbous nose surgery was not great. They have a natural style, so the bulbous nose result was satisfying. Recovery was hard .. haha. There were no particular side effects or sagging, but because of my skin type, scar tissue built up and I had to have another surgery.
