Consultation Review of 6 Apgujeong Hospitals (ㅇㅇㅎ, ㅅㅁ, ㅊㅇㅅ, ㄱㅇ…

Hmm... for those of you choosing a hospital for the first time.. At first, I knew nothing and felt confused by the flood of initials, so when I was just narrowing down a few hospitals and going for consultations, I even thought I could just show up without making an appointment But if it's a hospital that has enough name recognition to be talked about in this community, at the very least you need to make a reservation by phone on the same day, and because each doctor who is good at each area(?) is different, it's essential to book with the specific doctor you want On top of that, many hospitals charge only the consultation fee, around 5,000 to 10,000 won, so please choose carefully^^ - I also consulted about my eyes at all of the hospitals, and most of them recommended buried-suture double eyelids, and the prices didn't really go far beyond the 1-million-won range, so I won't write that part out^^; 1. ㅅㅅㅎ (I think most people here probably don't know this place ^^;) Honestly, this was the first hospital I consulted at, more or less by chance, when I wasn't even seriously considering cosmetic surgery. I was the kind of person who would sometimes just think, like other people, "Should I get my nose done?" and then went for a consultation because I followed a friend, only to hear things like, "It's rustic," "At this rate, will you even get married?" (they meant it as a compliment-_-;) and as I hesitated and hesitated, they told me that some woman who had had full-body cosmetic surgery there for 40 million won was carefully married off by the son of a government minister, and so on, and that was my first pressure about plastic surgery I had no information or even any intention about plastic surgery here, so I heard how I was supposed to do it, but I don't remember They said he is the president of the plastic surgery society, learned buried-suture methods directly in Japan and even lectures to other plastic surgeons... and that people even come from Japan just to get surgery at his hospital... well, something like that. Because a friend knew him, he offered an extremely cheap price, and my friend had had her chin and face done there and it turned out fairly well, but there weren't many reviews or much information, so feeling uneasy, I decided not to do it there. I heard singer Jinju had a revision surgery there.. They said it's a hospital that does a lot of revision surgery.. - Of course, they were saying this with Jinju's consent^^ The price was so, so cheap that I can't disclose it Though it was about the price of getting just one nose procedure done somewhere else..^^ (eyes + nose + Botox) 2. ㅇㅇㅎ This was the first hospital I went to after looking up various information in this community~ Since it was my first time booking a consultation, I didn't even know you had to reserve with a specific doctor, so I couldn't consult with Dr. Oh and ended up seeing another doctor instead~ The nurses and the consultation staff were very kind, and after taking photos with a digital camera, they showed me my nose shape in Photoshop and designed it for me.. Because my mouth protrudes somewhat, they recommended a luxury nose and a genioplasty~ After it was done, my mouth did look much more tucked in But the shape wasn't what I wanted~ (I prefer a somewhat round nose^^;) it was a sharp shape, so I worried a lot. Actually, even looking at photos of people who had surgery, they all turned out beautifully in a way that suited their faces... so I put it on hold for now. But you can really tell when someone had surgery at this place just by looking at their nose... sharp, with the tip a little projected ^^ Since I also had some protrusion on my nose, they said they would shave that area and use silicone for the bridge and costal cartilage for the tip, and the quote came to 2.8 million won, with a cash discount bringing it to 2.6 million won^^ Since I had also consulted about my eyes, epicanthoplasty, nose, and genioplasty, the total came out to almost 10 million won-_-; but usually you get a big discount if you do both eyes and nose, yet they didn't give me any discount Initial consultation fee: 5,000 won, As I go around hospitals, I meet a lot of the consultation managers and nurses, and you can tell they really had surgery!!! If anything, it seemed like the hospital where the nurses were the prettiest ㅡ.,ㅡ 3. ㅅㅌㄹㅇ This was the hospital my cousin had revision surgery at and was satisfied with~ This place isn't hugely famous either, but it appeared on this community recently and I was surprised..^^ Because Dr. Kim was also someone my cousin knew, they gave a very low price, and I was grateful that the consultation was so kind and thorough~ He was truly meticulous; my cousin praised this place, saying they do incisional surgery well, make scars on the nose not show much, and take good care of you after surgery too. ^^ For my eyes, he recommended incision because the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is wide, and because this was also a place where someone they knew worked, they offered nearly the price of just one nose procedure (eyes + nose + fat), and since my face is flat, they recommended placing fat beside the nose^^ But again, the style they pursue seems different from what I want, and like the first hospital, I'm the type who gets swayed by reviews and such, haha, so for now, pass.. The doctor was very kind and nice 4. ㅅㅁ The place near Galleria with the hospital name written huge on the building, haha, wasn't hard to find *_* A friend recommended it because someone they knew had surgery there and said they were going to do it too, so I went for a consultation Again, since I didn't understand appointments well, I saw Dr. Hong instead of Dr. Kwon~ As I wrote below, they recommended gathering in a wide nose, making a very slight change to the bridge and tip, and genioplasty~ But looking at the photos, it was too... seriously natural... The before-and-after difference was so subtle that it was worrying (though of course they said you can tell the difference in person^^;) No matter how natural is good, this was just too... natural I spent some time worrying after looking at the photos The bridge was silicone and the tip was AlloDerm, so the price was 2 million won Consultation fee: 10,000 won And interestingly, genioplasty was the most expensive here-_- Genioplasty: 3 million won;; 5. ㅊㅇㅅ Since I wanted something natural, it matched what I wanted too... and when I saw photos of surgeries done by people in this community, I thought, yes, this place turned out well.. It goes without saying how famous it is too^^ With a consultation fee of 10,000 won, they again used Photoshop to design the shape for me directly, but interestingly, they recommended a method that doesn't use implants.^^ My nasal bridge isn't low, but the nasal bone is somewhat flared, so there was no clear boundary between my nose and cheekbones ㅡ.,ㅡ;;; So they said they would bring that together and, instead of an implant, do a procedure that covers it using the cartilage inside the nose... Of course, using an implant is the easier method, but autologous cartilage probably has almost no side effects^^ For the bridge they would use nasal cartilage, and for the tip, if needed, even ear cartilage ^^ The price was strictly 3 million won for the nose only, with no discount at all ㅡ.,ㅡ I really felt the fame there~ If I hadn't felt so strongly about the last hospital, I might have done it here Genioplasty was 1.5 million won~ 6. ㄱㅇ What I always feel while reading everyone’s reviews in this community is that no matter how famous or good a hospital is, there really is a hospital that suits you perfectly ^^ This hospital across from ㅊㅇㅅ was that hospital for me! Honestly, even from when I first found it in this community, it had the best image in my mind... and the moment I heard the consultation, I was completely hooked (Dr. Heo's delivery was really as good as I'd heard =ㅂ=b) As I'd always imagined, he said they pursue natural results to the point that people who know you already can tell, but first-time acquaintances can't tell at all, and he really understood my nose so well... he looked it over carefully... and I liked the photos of other patients so, so much too~ Until then, I had only been worried about the shape of the nose, but the photos shown here made me think about harmony with the whole face, and I got the feeling of, ah~ this person really had a nose job and their impression improved a lot~ ^^ I really was indecisive and had been agonizing over whether I should have surgery or not more than a hundred times a day (it wasn't that I desperately needed it, and everyone around me was against it too), but when I saw the photos here, I suddenly felt a surge of determination: I have to do it! and ended up making the appointment... - Actually, even after that I'm still quite fickle and today I'm a little conflicted about whether I should do it or not, but if I do, I feel certain I would only do it here Just like they said at other hospitals, they would narrow the nasal bone (a nose you can't wear sunglasses on ㅡ.,ㅡ;;; not even a nose, but resting on the bone when I heard that, I laughed so hard that is totally me They said because the boundary between my nose and the other bones is flat, my face looks flat too, and if I do it my face will look slimmer too haha), with Gore-Tex for the bridge and ear cartilage for the tip.. Honestly, I'm a little uneasy about Gore-Tex But I trust the doctor will do well!! The price is 2.5 million won, but after excluding the tax deduction, it's 2.4 million won~^^ I consulted about genioplasty too, but they recommended not doing it~ They said my face shape is not one that would show a big effect even if I did genioplasty (orthodontics doesn't help either, genioplasty doesn't help either how am I supposed to deal with this protruding mouth, haha) - Oh, not related, but the doctor looks like comedian Byun Gi-su. The one who used to say "Oppa, oppa, oppa~~~" and "That's right~" Besides these, there were places like ㅅㅎ and ㅋㅇㅁ that I was planning to visit too, but for now I've booked surgery at ㄱㅇ~^^ But my mind is still a little shaken - though after getting a reservation at the last hospital it's calmed down a bit ^^; - whether I should have surgery or not.. Since I made this decision without being all that desperate, it's like that.. sigh.. Please give me courage
