Day 3 after nose surgery, making my mouth look recessed

It has only been 3 days since my nose surgery, but I'm thinking of going tomorrow to get the splint removed. I had a nose bridge of 3 mm and tip of 4 mm done with rib cartilage, in a surgery that makes the mouth look recessed. On the first day, when I peeled off the gauze placed there because of the nosebleed, I was really startled. The swelling in my face was fine, but my mouth had gone all~ tucked in. I don't have a severely protruding mouth, and my philtrum in side profile slopes diagonally, so I thought this would help.. but it didn't look like my mouth at all. All of a sudden my mouth flattened out, and I didn't even think about how well my nose had turned out. I just felt like my own image had disappeared, and thinking about going back to work in a few days has me feeling completely lost. It's a pity to take off the nose, but because of the mouth I'm wondering if I should go tomorrow and have it restored to the original state. Even if the side profile is like that, I wanted the front view to still retain my own face, but I've become a different person. .. For all 3 days I've been going crazy. If you have severe protruding mouth, it would really be effective. If it's only a little protruding or average, definitely don't get rib cartilage and just get a regular rhinoplasty.
