Has anyone had nose, eyes, and forehead done together at ㅊㅇㅅ_ I have questions-

I went for a consultation today, and they said my nasal bridge isn't low, but because my forehead is too flat, the bridge doesn't stand out, so they recommended fat grafting to the forehead. For the nose, they said they would only narrow the nasal dorsum with osteotomy, and since I said I wanted a natural look, they said they would put a little Gore-Tex in the front part of the nose, I think. They also said the distance between my eyes is a bit wide, so they suggested doing epicanthoplasty together On top of that, they said my chin is recessed and that it would look pretty if I put silicone in the chin too;;; Honestly, I only went there to get my nose done, but suddenly so many things I hadn't even thought of were added, so it's hard to decide right away First, I think doing the chin too would make it too many surgeries, so I'm planning to do three things: forehead, nose, and epicanthoplasty _ I only knew ㅊㅇㅅ as being famous for noses. Plus, they said someone else would do the forehead and eyes_ so I'm really hesitating _ I'm leaving for the U.S. soon, so I have to decide by tomorrow and book the surgery_ 1. Should I just do the nose first and do the eyes, forehead, chin, etc. later? 2. Or should I do the nose, eyes, and forehead together, and do the chin later? 3. Or should I first do the eyes somewhere else famous for epicanthoplasty, and later do the nose and forehead, etc.... If I followed my heart, I'd like to just do everything at ㅊㅇㅅ at once_ but please tell me what it was like if anyone has had anything other than the nose done there. And also which of the three options above would be best-
