The two on top are before The three below are after I only used to look around.. I finally had surgery and this is my first time posting on this board Ah- it feels like I’ve stepped into an unknown world? haha^^ Day 8 after surgery Nasal bridge (Gore-Tex) Nasal tip columella lowering/lengthening (septal cartilage) Paranasal augmentation under the nose (silicone) Before, my nose was very low and small, while my jaw was large and my chin protruded a little, so my face looked broad. So overall, we focused on adding projection to the central part of my face, and the paranasal augmentation under the nose also softened the slightly protruding chin. My face still feels unfamiliar to me It will gradually get better, right?^^ I do feel a bit sad that the old round, soft look of my face is gone, but I absolutely never regret it Now my remaining wish is that the Gore-Tex settles down, the swelling goes down, recovery progresses well, and I can live beautifully for the rest of my life without side effects. That must be the wish of everyone who has had surgery, right? I really hope that happens for everyone^^
