Please give me lots of advice about revision rhinoplasty

I’m the person who posted photos in “before and after nose surgery.” A lot of people say it turned out well... and tell me to wait for the swelling to go down... But that’s because I covered my eyes with a black box and only posted my nose, so it looks like it turned out well... A lot of people are asking for information;; Anyway, I originally had a nasal bridge. It’s not that I had a bulbous nose... but my nostrils/alar base being a bit wide was my complex. When I went for surgery, I didn’t know about this community either... and because I had no basic knowledge at all, I just thought the nasal bridge, nasal tip, and nostril/alar reduction all had to be done at the same time, and the doctor just operated on me without much consultation. The problem is that the nose itself is okay... but it doesn’t suit my face. When other people post review photos, even on day 5 or 6 they look very natural, and they seem satisfied too... It’s not that I’m being greedy and can’t be satisfied. It’s too unnatural, and even if the swelling goes down from this state... I don’t even want to think about it. Since yesterday, I haven’t been able to swallow food, and just looking at rice makes me feel like I’m going to throw up... I feel like I’m going to develop a mental illness at this rate... Honestly, if I could turn back time, I would have been satisfied with my own nose and lived with it... I resent myself for hastily and recklessly going through with surgery without any prior knowledge. So what I’m asking is... If I remove the silicone from my nasal bridge... would it look strange? If I remove the nasal bridge silicone, only the nostril/alar reduction and nasal tip work will remain... Would that look strange?? Please let me know, those of you with experience, whether it would be okay to remove the nasal bridge silicone. And if I ask the hospital where I had it done to remove the nasal bridge silicone implant, do I have to pay another surgery fee?? If I do, about how much...... Everyone... please tell me... I’m so desperate... I’m not joking... If I leave the nostril/alar and nasal tip surgery as is and remove the nasal bridge silicone, would it look strange... Please, those with experience, leave replies~
