푸라닭 Oh..... Mine wasn’t that kind of case; I used autologous costal cartilage from the first surgery and got my nose done at ㄹㅂㄹ. So far my nasal tip hasn’t drooped, and the correction turned out well, so I’m satisfied. But autologous costal cartilage is expensive and can leave a scar, so think it over carefully
