I got a consultation, and they said they use the silicone somewhat long, all the way to the nasal tip (the nasal tip is ear cartilage) I think this is probably so the nasal tip won’t droop as much?... But it seems like it would be harder and all that What do you think? Could it be an okay surgical method? I feel like there must be a reason other hospitals don’t use it all the way to the nasal tip Could there be side effects?
