Was there originally this much difference, or did my nostrils become deformed because I had it touched early? The columella hasn’t come down either, and my nose is lifted so it looks like an upturned nose. I’m so worried.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
