I sent a video to the clinic, and they just said briefly that it’s because it’s still healing and my own cartilage is showing through, so there’s no problem. But no matter how I think about it, I thought it was strange for cartilage to show through on the columella… Has anyone had cartilage showing through or protruding on the columella side inside the nose after surgery?

I got a consultation, and they said they use the silicone somewhat long, all the way to the nasal tip (the nasal tip is ear cartilage) I think this is probably so the nasal tip won’t droop as much?... But it seems like it would be harder…
