If there’s now no swelling or pain at all after Botox, my clinic said I only need to be careful with foods that require a lot of chewing, like squid jerky or gum, but today is already day 8 - I’m planning to be careful with chewy foods from now on, but should I also be careful with things like radish cubes, radish, tough meat, and basically avoid hard foods altogether if possible? People say aftercare is even more important after Botox, but does that mean I should change my eating habits a lot too? For those of you who’ve had Botox~~ how did you take care of it?? And since it seems like my face is getting a little slimmer, I’m greedily thinking about buccal fat removal too. What do you think???
